Selena Gomez is an internationally famous actress and singer. She has been involved in numerous projects, however the Disney show Wizards of Waverly Place has enjoyed the highest success. Her real name is Selena Marie Gomez. She was born on July 22 of 1992 in Grand Prairie Texas. Amanda Cornett, and Ricardo Gomez are her parents. Her mother was barely 16 when Selena became a mother. As a 9-year-old, Selena landed her first role in the showbiz industry as she portrayed Gianna on Barney and her Friends. In this way she became one of the thousands of youngsters who've enjoyed the chance to get involved with the humanoid purple dinosaur that has become so famous in the history. Selena was involved in several episodes of seasons 7 and 8, between 2001 and2003. Selena wasn't the only actor to appear on Barney and His Friends during this period.
